Where is the restore from quarantine option?? I am in the Security History area. I selected the .exe that was blocked. Under Options I excluded the the program but this is only for when I download the .exe again. Then under 'More Details' option there's a File Actions drop down and it shows only there's a 'File Actions' option with a check mark and I don't even know what that means. It's not a clear UX piece of info. Are there supposed to be more options there? I am using the latest Norton Security app.
How do I get the file back without trying to download it again?
