I'm confused.
I recently upgraded from 20.x to 21.x and do not see the setting to enable/disable Smart Definitions. 
I would like to have all signatures resident on my PC should I not be able to connect to the Internet.
What else has changed? Is there a link to the changes frrom NIS 20 to 21?
Please let me know. Urgent.
