I wonder from where to download an update of Norton Toolbat (Nortonn Internet Security) for Firefox 29???. The Live Update has not uploaded it and my Identity Safe's Vault does not work.
Thanks but I have read that link you gave me. The problem is that the Patch is not availble by my Norton Internet Security's LiveUpdate. Is there any link from which I can download the Patch.
No place to download it from.
Please go to Support > About on the main page of N 360 and verify that you are on Version 21.2.0.38.
Have you already updated to FF29?
You can open History (Tasks > Check SecurityHistory > click the down arrow and select LIveUpdate. Scroll down to April 27, or 28th and look for a Norton Browser Noolbar Add-on update. That is the update you need.
If you find it in your history, and have FF 29 installed, got o Add-ons > Extension > and make sure you have NTB version 2014.7.1.1 and that it shows as Enabled.
Let us know what you find.
Thanks for your hints. I did not find Norton Toobar update at history. I check all the history beginning from 26. April.
I have instaled Firefox 29 and it turned Norton Toolbar off because it is not compatible with Firefox 29. Firefox neither can find add-ons update for Norton Toolbar.
Is the Norton Toolbar update available on all your servers? My location is Finland.
Yes, to the best of my knowledge the Update is available globally.
I am still awaiting info on the version of your N360.

Hi Keijo,
Thanks for info on your NIS version. Just wanted to make sure you were on the latest version.
Reboot your system and then please run LiveUpdate (rebooting if requested) until LiveUpdate responds with the specific words "no updates found". You may have to run LiveUpdate numerous times in order to see the "no updates found". I have seen it take 5 or 6 runs. Check your LiveUpdate history after you see the "no updates found" for the Norton Browser Toolbar add-on update.
If no joy, you can try to run the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool and then run LiveUpdate as described above and let us know how things go.
Thanks!
I tried to run LiveUpdate several times, more thanten times, but I got only messages "Not Required". Perhaps I must reinstall NIS? I tell you when done.
Thanks!
NRnR solved the problem.
You are welcome and glad to hear you got it sorted!
