I'm writing this now being a bit desperate. I ran into problems with Norton 360. It stopped being activated and wouldn't reactivate. Some kind of problem where it thought my subscription was over.
So, online to chat...tech used remote control to try some things. No solution. Then, I mysteriously get disconnected from the chat.
Online again, same thing.
3rd time, tech suggests switching to Norton '09. Fine I say. Part way through the installation process it disconnects yet again (states the tech ended the session). Now my browser won't work, Norton 09 is not completely installed. Windows mail will no longer connect.
Any chance these tech guys can help me through this? Can't even set up the remote control now, since I can't connect with my browser to type in the link.
I'm fearful that all the tweaking the previous tech did caused some problems.
