I need to improve my Dads 5-Year old Dell Inspiron 1702's system performance, and would like to know if the current 2013 NAV has a lighter system footprint than its 2012 predecessor?
Or, are they about the same?
I have maintained NAV 2012 on his laptop out of concerns that the newer 2013 NAV versions bugs might be problematic for him, being an elderly PC Vista user. However, if NAV 2013 leaves a comparatively lighter/smaller system footprint and improves his system performance, I am more than willing to upgrade NAV to 2013 from 2012 (assuming that most of the 2013 bugs have now been resolved).
