I frequently join video conferencing using 3CX software with no problems. Yesterday I went to join a meeting and could see the other callers but not hear them and they could neither hear nor see me. I got an error message seeming to imply I was short of bandwidth. I knew this was not the case and after running through all the potential problems I disconnected my VPN and it worked fine. I have never had to do this before and surely this shouldn't be necessary? Maybe something Norton needs to look at?
