Whitelisting a domain on Norton ConnectSafe

Hi,

I'm using Norton ConnectSafe DNS and found my domain idea52.com is blacklisted. Can you please guide me how I can request the ConnectSafe team to review the domain and whitelist it?

Hi omiazad,

We have manually analyzed domain  'idea52.com' and found it to be clean. So we have modified its rating to green in safeweb.norton.com

I mentioned it clearly before not to interfere if you do not know the solution. I know what I am doing. So if you are not from Norton, please do not come and comment here and waste both of our time. 

Just for the record, the site is clean for more than half a year now. I mentioned it before.

Did you re register the new site? The site report is current for the site that would be accessed from currently registered DNS records.

Thanks, but your reply and Norton's report is not helpful. The report you are seeing is at-least half year's old. The site is not even on that server. So I urge ConnectSafe people to check manually and take action. Kindly do not confuse official people if you do not know the solution. Hope you will not interfere anymore. I know what I am doing.
