Hello,
we offer a bunch of software libraries for .NET developers. We release new version of those libraries few times a year. Each release contains more than 100 separately downloadable files. Some of them are accesible to everyone (trial version), some of them can be downloaded only by registred users.
Recently some those dowloads stared to be blocked by Nortone Internet Security 2012 with "WS.Reputation.1" error status. This status changes quite frequently. Some downloads which were blocked yeasterday (2012-12-21) are not blocked today (2012-12-22).
I'm aware of https://submit.symantec.com/whitelist/isv/ submission form. However it seems to be for white-listing a single file. Submitting more than 100 separate files using more than 100 forms seems not to be very practical.
Is it possible to submit multiple files for white-listing in one batch? Such as uploading them to some FTP server, or using some kind of automated web service for submission?
Or is it a better way how to prevent being banned with "WS.Reputation.1" error status?
