Something called "Norton PC Checkup" has just appeared on my computer. I tried to contact Norton but cannot get any intelligent response. I tried "Ask Nathan" and was told to ask a simpler question. He could not understand "Did you send this to me or is it destructive malware?" I cannot find a real e-mail address. Can any Forum resident recommend an executive e-mail where a live responsible person resides? Thank you.
