Why am I only getting 50 weeks of subscription instead of the 52 weeks I paid for?

29 days remaining

As long as you are just renewing you license you will get 1 year of subscription added on to your subscription account.

E.g. If you have 15 days left before the renewal. you will have 1 year and 15 days after the renewal.

Of course this not the case if you buy an upgrade.

I received an autorenewal notice for my 360 product that will automatically occur on June 23. However, my current subscription does not expire until July 8.  How is it that Symantec sees fit to autorenew my subscription a full two weeks early?  I paid for 52 weeks and expect to get 52 weeks of coverage. Not 50 weeks. If that is not the case, please let me know so that I can cancel my autorenewal and move onto use another vendor’s product.

Sounds reasonable to me

If your subscription says 29 days left then your "new" activation code has not been accepted just yet......

Open N360 and then click on "My Account"

On the right side under subscription status, how many days do you have remaining?
