Issue abstract: Not all files are backed up. some have a blue mark which means it needs to be backed up. It has been 2 years. these files should have backed up by now. Need them backed up. Why doesnt this work right? Please fix it.
Detailed description:Some files have blue not green mark. Why ?? All should be backed up.The front line help was poor and did not seem to know much. From what i have read, the green check means backed up and synched. And blue means it may have been edited and needs to be backed up. But, it some files i have are very old and still have the blue. I wish i could talk with someone who knows something there. The support is weak from my experience and the supervisors are no better. Poor support.
some pdfs and some excel files. Why arent they backed up? back up ran successfully.
