Why Can’t I Cancel My Norton Subscription?

I am trying to cancel my Norton subscription, but I am having trouble completing the cancellation process. I have checked my Norton account but cannot seem to find or successfully use the cancellation option. I would like to know why I am unable to cancel my subscription and what steps I should follow to resolve the issue.

If you have had the subscription for more than 60 days all you need to do is go into your Norton Account and disable Automatic Renewal for your current subscription. Then remove your billing information from the account to ensure there can be no more charges made to your payment card.

You cannot get a refund after the 60 days. So you can either use continue to use your Norton product until subscription expiry, or you can remove Norton from your system.

EDIT
From your previous post it seems you might be within the 60 day trial period. In this case, if you still want to cancel your subscription you will be able to get a refund. You need to contact Norton Support to accomplish this. Contact Norton™Support - Norton Phone Number, and Chat Support . If using the chat feature, when you can enter information enter “agent please” to get connect to a human. Once you get your refund request, be sure you go into your Norton Account and remove any billing information that may be there.
