Why can't I access or restore my backed upfiles?

I backed up my files before my computer died a month and a half ago.  I have a new computer that I would like to restore my files to.  But the only options available to me under File Actions on the home page are Download a File and Email File Link.  If I click on Download a File, nothing happens at all.  If I click on Email a File Link, it takes me to a place where I can email a file link. However, I don't want to do either.  I want to restore my files.  I have 5.54 GB of files...  Help!

So sorry - left out pertinent information!

Hello

In order to restore more than single files from Norton Online Backup there has to be a source to direct the restore. This means you will need to add your new computer so you can then tell the old data set where it can place the data. The below links should help get you started in the process. Make sure to review all three before starting the process. Also keep in mind in the options where the files are being restored. Trying to have the files go to the original directories may not work unless they already exist and the computer is exactly the same. Your safer bet is to let it restore to a folder on your desktop.

Sorry, butmy home page doesn't say "Add a Computer" anywhere. Please see screen shot.

Hello Jenra

There isn't a screenshot attached. If you look at the below example this is how the top of the main screen looks once you login. Add a Computer is found directly above the list of currently visible computers. You do not want to touch Remove a Computer yet.
