My Norton 360 expired. I then got bought the Norton Security 2011 Performance Pack. The steps given to download the software simply do not exist. There is nowhere to enter my product keys. My netbook is currently unprotected and I need to use it.
Can anyone help please. Am getting increasingly frustrated.
