Why direct debited one month early but not showing on billing infomation tab?

Why was my 24 Dec 2023 bill direct debited 24 November 2023, ref. Norton*API496590421 AUD$234.98? It is not appearing as paid in My Account.

Check the expiry date of your subscription now. It should now show expiring on 24 December 2024.

 

debit ~30 days before expiry to ensure continuous service
