Why do I have to create ANOTHER password to for vault on iPad and iPhone? I want to use the same one

I was able to download Norton Identity Safe on my iPhone and iPad, however my PC vault did not come along.  I'm being prompted to create a new vault with yet another password.  My question is why can't I use the same password as I do on my PC?

Just verifying that you are first using the Norton Account email address and password, then the vault password when you are trying to log into Identity Safe.

Thank you to the community for help.  I now have PC, iphone and ipad working with the same password and I can open the vault on each!  Hooray!
