Why do I keep receiving messages (e-mails) that my Norton protection expired?

I have been using Comcast Norton Security Suite since they started offering it.

Hi,

Did you have a trial copy of a Norton product preinstalled on your computer which was almost eliminated by the installation of your copy of NSS?

If in fact they are not some bogus spam and are really from Norton, perhpas you can stop them by going to Settings > Administrative Settings > Special Offer Notifications and turning it off.

Yes, that is what I mean.  I have Norton Security Suite and I don't know I received a trial with this computer, but it has been almost a year since we got it and I don't think I took advantage of the trial.  I think I just uninstalled it and installed Norton Security Suite.

Hi

If you're receiving emails then the Norton Product is registered with your Norton Account. So can you check the Products under your Norton Account. Sign-in and go to the products tab and check if it is showing any expired Norton Product. If yes then you can contact our Support(Chat will be the quickest) and ask them to disable that expired Norton. You'll not receive email anymore. Those email should stop coming in automatically after 28 days of your subscription expiration date.
