Why does Norton 360 VPN Think my local network is compromised?

See attached screen dump... "This network is suspicious because it was recently compromised by an attacker". That's not very specific. If the system knows there was an attacker, what is it's ip address? Was it internal to the network or external?

I understand your wanting to know more detail. When you see this happening, have you tapped on the Wifi Security section of the 360 interface? That may show more information about the network you are connecting to.

Has this behaviour changed recently, or has it been happening all along?

Yes, I am seeing this on my home network, which I believe to be secure. It can sometimes go for a half day with no problem... then all of a sudden it begins to complain. Of course I would like to resolve the problem... but my original question remains... why tell me my network is suspicious without telling me WHY you think it is suspicious. I'd like to know the "WHY" the software has determined my network is suspicious. If there is truly a problem, I can then begin to figure out where the problem exists. If this is just a false positive... the software has done me no favors and only concern.

Are you just seeing this on your home network? Or do you also see it when using public wifi?

Other than the iOS upgrade, have there been any other changes to your device or your home network?

If your router has a built in firewall, try disabling that to see if you still see the issue.

I should have mentioned... my device is an iPhone X Pro... OS is iOS 16.0.2
