I have no reason to trust any of you Gurus because all I’ve seen over the years is completely pretending the issues don’t exist, defending Norton to the bitter end and straight up LIES.
If you are doing this “for free” you are doing a disservice to the customer base, because you are enabling Norton to go completely hands off. You are also potentially taking, what would be a paid job, away from people that need it.
Ever thought of woodworking? Or is corporate shill really how you want to spend your retirement?
Whatever your gripes are…you agreed to Norton Terms.

Ignore every point made, as is usual.
every year I did the same thing, turned off the auto-renew, got a better deal before my contract ran out and away we go. However, EVERY year somehow the auto-renew gets turned on. This year they didn’t even give me a chance to check, they did the auto-renew without my knowledge (I had turned it off AGAIN) and took out the payment off my card. Now, I’ve again disabled it, removed my Credit Card and am trying to cancel and I can’t find a “human” way to talk to someone, I can’t “cancel” as it just keeps looping. Guess I’m stuck for another year, paid too much, and am not staying with Norton after about 20 years with them. As others have said, no loyalty from Norton at all. I’ve made complaints (popups wrecking my game with “other products”, the auto-renew, etc) all on deaf ears and now we can’t even access said ears. Very displeased ![]()

Hello @JamesR_Mills

Why complain about people complaining? We need solutions and a deeper understanding of the issues. I am literally right now trying to find out how much I am being charged for a subscription, and now I have to go into my bank records because Norton won’t just show how much they charged me. I also got caught by an auto-renewal
