I entered www.optumrx.com on the Internet in order to order one of my prescriptions and got something called ERROR 404 blocking my access. This is my latest case. Whenever I click on a link given to me there is always a delay which I believe to be Norton checking. I may be wrong as I am 88 years old and a tyro when it comes to these new electronics. But I tell you Norton is NO HELP.
Try clearing your browser's cache (history) and cookies for the problematic website. I would also try rebooting your PC to flush the DNS cache. Unless you are using the Norton VPN, this is almost certainly not a problem being caused by Norton.
Norton VPN settings are below, please check them and let us know if you have the VPN set to auto-start when the computer is turned on or restarted. That could be the issue since companies block traffic they cannot see when its blocked by a VPN.
