As a subscriber to Norton 360, I was told that I could install it on 3 computers. So when I bought a Smart phone I assumed they'd have a Norton 360 app that I could install as part of this subscription and enjoy the same level of protection when online using this device. I tried to get the information on installing this on the norton website but could not find any. I wanted customer service and they passed me on to an obviously fake online "customer support officer" which is just and automated FAQ page: it completely misinterpreted my question and gave a irrellevant answer. I tried calling and was on hold for half an hour before I hung up. Days later I searched much longer and I found that there is no such app. There is free virus protection software available but will it tell me if I'm downloading a malware app? Does anyone know? This is my last ditch attempt before I give up on Norton.
