Tried to search with the Safe Search provided by Norton in my FireFox browser with Norton VPN ON in the US, got this web page instead:

SERP = Search Error Page
Turned Norton VPN off and got the search. Turned it back on and the selected sites were browser Error 404 (not found) or a 500 (can’t reach) pages.
I turned VPN on/off several times with the same problems. I also can’t reach many shopping sites (Costco) with this VPN connected.
Can anyone explain this poor security behavior?
