Trying to schedule a Smart Scan. The Instructions say to
1) Open MY NORTON
2) Open DEVICE SECURITY
3) Open SCANS > Scans and Tasks > Custom Scans
4) Click GO
5) In the EDIT SCAN window, Choose your scan type, click EDIT SCAN
6) Select interval and timing options, along with Run the Scan options
7) Click NEXT, and in SCAN OPTIONS window, click SAVE.
Here's where it goes wrong. In the EDIT SCANS window, after I have selected a scan interval and made sure the boxes are checked under RUN THE SCAN, I am given two choices: CANCEL and SAVE--and SAVE is greyed out. There is no NEXT button.
