Why doesn't NIS 2012 19.5.0.145's Anti-Spam filter work with Windows Live Mail 2011 15.4.3538.0513 ?

Hello brkkab123,

 

Norton AntiSpam will work with Windows Live Mail, as long as you're using non-SSL POP3 for your email protocol.

 

The Norton AntiSpam Toolbar doesn't support Windows Live Mail, so you'll need to manually create rules to move all messages that have [Norton AntiSpam] in the subject to the Junk Mail folder. Also, to get to the Norton AntiSpam settings, you'll need to access them from the Norton Product directly.
