Norton says they will call back but doesnt call back. Do you not have enough employees there?
Update: Now it is 4 times i was told they would call back and no call back.
added 2 more tonight. I was told they would call back on phone.. they said " in 30 minutes". Then on chat i was told they would call. No call. That is 4 times now i was told i would get a call. This is pathetic. Tired of being lied to here. Where is the management team? this is how you treat customers? who taught you how to manage a team? awful
