Why I am not able to save my backup on the cloud?

I am trying to set up a new backup on my new MSI laptop, but I am having an issue with selecting the location of my backup, as I have only one option "C: (Windows)".

Why I am not able to save my backup on the cloud?

 Problem solved. I have uninstalled Norton and installed it again.

I am signed in.

I have tried the live update but nothing to install. I am using Windows 10 Version 21H1 ( OS Build 19043.1165) and Norton 360 Premium Version 22.21.6.53

Try signing into your Norton Account from your 360 installation. 

Hello. Run live updates on your Norton product, see if there are any waiting to install. A bit more information about your computer would also help.
