Two days ago I uninstalled and reinstalled NIS 20.2 by control panel and NRT because it was no longer working properly.
1. Restarting the computer hangs on "restarting" and I had to do a hard shutdown by holding down the ON / OFF button.
2. The updates required more time than usual to be applied and the PC was severely slowed down during this phase.
Now both NIS and the PC are working properly. I just wanted to know why now I can't get more the first part of the upgrade to v.20.3 (46 mb) which I had previously received before the uninstall/reinstall.
I run LiveUpdate manually and reboot the PC several times, but NIS says no further updates are required, the product is up to date.
Can anyone tell me if the something has been changed and why NIS doesn't more download the 46 mb of updates than I had previously downloaded prior the reinstall of the product please?
