My backup space on Norton 360 is full. I am trying to delete backup sets via "Delete Previously backed up files" link on the backup settings page. When I select all folders (and I would assume all files) it say no files selected? I did some searches on here and found the the https://nobu.backup.com site, but appearently to have the privilage of deleting backup sets via that page I need to pay another $50. Is there an easier way to delete old backup sets?
Hi Patrick,
You can use your Norton account credentials to log on to Norton Online Backup, and then remove the files.
please see this KB article for instructions
If you dont have the credentials to login to Norton Online backup, only thing you can do is to chat with customer service to help you remove them.
