Running Outlook 2007 on Windows 7, Norton Internet Security repeatedly routes the emails from at least one trusted correspondent into my Junk folder. In Outlook 2007 I have added her email address to my 'safe sender's addresses' group. Yet the Norton product repeats the mistake, continuing to route her emails wrongly.
Nothing I can see in NIS's Help functions or other documentation leads intuitively to a solution to this problem. It is costing me time and money.
Please advise. After that, please consider better documentation around autonomous email filtering and address permissions.
