I have been buying this product for many years. Im pretty much done. Why is there ZERO traceability between the “manage licenses” on the “my subscription” web tool and the actual devices themselves? I show devices as using a license that I have no idea what they are. “DESKTOP-V177S5U” means nothing to me and is untraceable to any device I own. I should be able to look at my licenses and get a license code that tracks to the “about” serial number on the device, or the license ID should be the assigned DNS name of the device or its IP address or SOMETHING useable.
Im pretty much done with this product. It has become nothing but nagware. My current license expires in mid-september (about 1 month) and I am very unlikely to renew it.

It’s not only difficult to use, right now I’m finding it IMPOSSIBLE to use. It won’t open. I uninstall. I go to the web site to get a download… it is unreachable. I’ve been using this product for many years. Something happened to them. Their website is a maze. It promises much and delivers nothing.
