I understood that to have N360 running on my phone, I needed to install the app, and sign in to my account (in order to have it activated against the number of devices I am allowed). Yet the installed app is asking me to create an account....
Certain features of 360 require you to sign into your Norton Account from within the app. If you look at the top of the 360 screen, do you see your name?
I used the sign in option.
After restarting, everything is fine, for a few hours, then I start getting "please sign in" messages.
It's not really a problem, just a bit annoying, and also feels disconcerting that the software might not be working because I am not signed in, and same for my kids phones, which I wouldn't know about....
When you installed Norton on your mobile device, did you tap on Sign in, or I already have an account? That should take you to the login page for your Norton Account. If you tapped on start your trial, that would be taking you to create an account.
If you have started a trial, I would uninstall the app, restart the device, then reinstall and look for the Sign in link.
Does a device restart correct the issue?
