so Norton took my money and did not update my subs, cant even contact eupport, 24/7 mhy arse!!!
No one in these forums can access your Account details.
Did you do a renewal directly with Norton, or did you purchase a new subscription? If you purchased a new subscription, it does not update your old subscription.
