Why is subscription renewal code asked when I am downloading the copy of a store purchased product

Hi,

 

I recently bought a 3 user license NIS 2011 from Frys. I have installed and activated the product on my primary computer. I was attempting to install the second copy on another computer (which had Norton 360 previously, now expired) and its asking me suscription renewal code. All I have is product key. The norton account shows I have 2 remaining activations left.

 

The second computer I am trying to install on is using the download option from Norton website

Any thoughts ?
