Why is the iphone not allowing site access even if unblocked

Issue abstract: Child cannot visit site that are allowed or spefically unblocked

Detailed description: can get to sites on his computer but not his Iphone

Welcome to Norton Family forum.

Please launch Norton Family companion app at least once in your child’s iPhone, after updating policies in Parent apps or Portal. This will ensure that new policies are synchronised to enforce on all apps in the device, in addition to Norton Browser. If the issue still persist, please update house rules manually in the child device by following the below steps.

  1. Launch the Norton Family companion app.
  2. Tap Menu button at the top right corner
  3. Tap My House Rules
  4. Tap Blue Sync button at the top right corner.
