After yesterdays patch I had to reinstall NIS 2013 on my 1 month old Dell Alienware 18x (I had the XPS 17 3D). The install failed-first autofix tried, then was directed to website to r&R. Failed. So, I uninstalled using the removal tool and installed-wouldn't work because it said I had maxed out. I have had so many problems with NIS 2013 (and going through 2 Dell laptops) why am I being penalized and told I have to buy it again?
