Why is there no support available for Norton Zone?

Can someone give me the correct procedure to get help for Norton Zone? I spent a total of 8 hours and 16 minutes on hold for tech support yesterday with no resolution to my problem!

 

I contacted support via tech support log me in rescue and chatted with a tech and he worked on the problem for 1 hour and 11 minutes then he referred me to the "escalation team". I was on the phone and rescue me on hold for 1 hour then the 1st tech contacted me via rescue me and advised that they must be busy and I went back on hold for another 1 hour and 34 minutes on the phone and another 6 hours and 19 minutes on the rescue me chat.

 

The first tech said he knew the problem but could not fix it. It could only be done by the escalation team.

 

Where do I go or who do I contact to get my connection problem to Norton Zone fixed? I am very disgruntled at this time. I have several subscriptions to Norton and have been a customer for many years.
