I have been noticing lately that someone or something is locking posts in this forum in an arbitrary fashion.
Arbitrarily locking posts complaining about valid issues gives your customers the impression that you do not care.
Hello. Posts will automatically lock further comments if, no posts have been posted for more than 30 days. That is set by the forum Administration and Dev teams. As far as no one Norton answering that is something we here on the forums have no control of. I can say that the MAC forums do not receive the appropriate attention they deserve though. Its not good for customer service in any manner.
