Hi, I have a software installed on our users machine that is having a problem of not getting an update and then not working after. We have to reinstall the software to get the update. It is happening only to all our users that have Norton installed on their machine. I need a help that may be there something that we need to refigure on the norton's settings to make it work and will allow our software to be updated and works properly without any problem.
Any help is very much appreciated. We want our customers to keep their Norton antivirus and at the same time our software works.
