Why Norton AV 2009 don't detect Trojan files?

Why Norton AV detection rate is very low and don't detect the Trojan files in my computer? It's updated.

I have some Trojan files in my computer. Every software that I've tried found them else than Symantec AV 2009, I've submited that file to Symantec, but, still after about 3 weeks I have not any response and also NAV still cannot detect them... What are doing NAV in antispyware job?

Are there any way to help Symantec to improve spyware detection rate? I don't want leave Symantec Norton after about 5-6 years... I believe Symantec is good company, but if other do better job...

if you want a sample like that file I'm talking about, download a .exe file from (any .exe file!!) from [link removed] and extract it using WinRAR or 7Zip and scan those 4 files and look if your AV can detect all of them or not, usually there are 4 files inside that archive one .bat and 3 .exe , ignore that .bat and now I want to see if your AV can detect all of those .exe files, I belive those are spyware. Vundo , Trojan Downloader and....

How I can help Symantec? and why Norton don't improve itself? hope I didn't offend Symantec team :)
