I am sick and tired of Norton continually urging me to add functions I do not need or want to my scans and such...and they ought to be cursed to the lowest of Dante's Hells for continually trying to get me to buy additional services or upgrade! They ought to be ashamed of themselves! I think I will go to all the sites I find that review antivirus and web protection and give them my lowest score for Norton 360 and the rest of the products, and I will then just delete the whole effin' suite from my PC and Laptops...nevermore to be used. This, from someone who has had Norton Antivirus from the late 1990s (when it was bundled with Norton Utilities, and not a prohibitively costly add-on!) and has worked judiciously to NEVER get trapped by Norton's automatic renewals. I found in the can get annual upgrades for far less than half the cost on Norton's site by going to Amazon or eBay or elsewhere. I have really grown to HATE Norton in recent years but it's been easier to live with the aggravation and advertising than simply get rid of it. Now, however, Norton has pushed me over the edge and I will shortly delete this lousy product from my PCs.

ther is a point in the norton 360 if its on is gonner sendt you information of special offer from them it is under admin install dont now the name in english im from Denmark but that is all you need to do
I feel the same way. I have used a lot of antivirus programs over the years and this is the most intrusive and annoying one I have encountered. I can't get it to automatically update without some interaction from me and then they want to sell me something. The last straw was when they spammed me with an infomercial about a data breach.
