This is my first topic in Norton's community and definitely won't be the last. I really hate to start with a complain but this is a really annoying issue in the Norton safe web! I registered in that website to write reviews about other websites but noticed that the website uses my real name and I looked high and low to find an option to hide my real name or change it to a nickname but there isn't seem to be a way to do so. I have contacted Norton support but that didn't help at all, they suggested that I just stop using the service as they were unable to change the username and they also told me that I am unable to stop the service as that will automatically terminate my subscription. Yes I can stop using the service but my reviews and my real name are still there! I know it may seem like a minor issue to others but it is an excruciatingly annoying minor issue to me because even in basic forums and message boards admins can easily change the usernames. This issue coupled with the appalling solution provided by customer support is not acceptable at all especially when it comes from a big name in the industry such as Norton.
