whya have you taken my renewala subscription one week early?

You have been bombarding me with messages for about ten days asking me to confirm that my bank details are OK ahead of the subscription renewal by direct debit. It is virually impossible to X these messages - using TAsk MAnager was the only to shut them down.

 

As the subscription is not due until Friday the 7th December, I ignored the messages. My bank has just told me that you've been trying to take the money every day for a week. That's two weeks early.

 

You have taken it today - which is one week early.

 

Why? It's a matter of principle - you wouldn't like me to pay a week late and I don't like you to take the money a week early.

 

Does anyone agree or am I just being grumpy?!!:smileyhappy:
