Wi Fi Security and your true location

I was wondering if there is a way to have internet searches bring up your true location without disabling Norton Wi Fi Security.  For example, If I do a search for Lowes.com or Home Depot, it brings up results for the location that I appear to be in from Wi Fi security instead of my true location.  Even when Specifying city and state, most sites will still send me to to my virtual location instead of my true location.

  I can still get to where I want to shop/travel, just takes a few more keystrokes.

No. That is one reason why people use a VPN. To make it appear they are somewhere else than where they actually are. 

If you are shopping places like Lowes and Home Depot from your home, just disable the NWP while you do those transactions. Even with NWP enabled, I would not suggest doing any online purchases while using a public wifi connection.
