You can delete files and folders from the cloud using Windows Explorer. Using a Windows admin account, open Explorer and click on This PC in the left pane, and then double click on Norton Backup Drive in the right pane. That will bring up your backup sets. Double click on the backup set you wish to manage. It can take a little time to populate the list, but once it has been loaded, you can navigate through the files in the backup and delete the ones you wish to remove.
