WiFi is not waking up from system hibernation

When I wake up my system from Hibernation mode Norton WiFi does not wake up.. I am forced to close it down and restart the program any ideas?

You have 60 days from purchase to request a refund. If you have already contacted support and they have passed the information along, there does not seem there is anything we can do here.

Peter,

Thanks for the follow-up.. however.. I am all set in my firewall settings and running the latest build.. getting near asking for a refund.. now the program won't start with the system boot.. checked and the information is there to start automatically..

Thanks for the update.

I never mentioned but I did the re-install before posting...

Norton accepted the problem as a bug and passed it up the line..

Thanks for your help

Mike

If it never worked properly, there could be an issue with the installation. Uninstall the app, restart your computer, then install again and test.

I am running windows 10 Home.. not sure what version but I have no pending updates so I am assuming it is up to date.

To the best of my knowledge it has never worked correctly.. It shows there is "no internet connection" which there is a connection which I am using now..

I have tested 7 or 8 times now with hibernation. It is working OK on my system when it wakes up.  Win 10 14393.

Has it ever worked correctly on your system when waking from hibernation?

What operating system are you using?

Let me set up my laptop for hibernation so I can test. I'll get back to you.

It never wakes up at all... I have to quit and restart.. I have waited 20 minutes or more sad

How long are you waiting before determining that NWP is not working? I notice when I return from sleep, not hibernation, that it does take 20 or 30 seconds to re establish itself.
