Ok I know that if the wifi password is hacked then ones wifi connection can be used by others

I have a wifi router that is password protected
I live in a house in the suburbs and have neighbors behind and on each side of me
If by chance my wifi password was discovered by others wouldn’t they need to be pretty much right by my house to use it?
I mean somebody couldn’t use it a block away could they?
They would need to be close enough to get a signal.
Hi, Calls. I guess you are using WPA2 encryption ? which is as secure as anything.
Also if in doubt, just change your password in your router's web interface.
