Greetings,
1. I installed Wild Tangent App. Downloaded 3 Wild Tangent games.
2. On 1st game, NIS reports and removes false positive: Suspicious.Cloud.9.B.
3. I reinstated it and told Norton to ignore it.
4. None of the games will accept their product keys (Get msg: "Please check product key again").
5. The Wild Tangent website says that this is a firewall issue, and to contact Norton.
That's why I'm here. Ideas appreciated!!
