Will Norton utilities 16 run scheduled maintenance when computer is in sleep mode?

I have a HP pavilion g6 Windows 8,Norton security 2013 and Norton utilities 16 2013

Will Norton utilities16 run scheduled maintenance while computer is in the sleep mode?

I just tested this;

 

I first changed my schedule to a time a few minutes away.

 

Next, I put my laptop to sleep.

 

I waited 5 minutes after the scheduled time and woke my laptop.

 

NU16 began to run as soon as I was logged back into Windows.

 

So, no, it won't run while you're system is in sleep mode.
