Hi
I use Windows 7 64 bit and Norton 360 v3.8.1.0.41
I have two problems. The first one is that from time to time the Win7 action Center flags up that I have no spyware, virus or firewall protection running. Now I know I have because Norton 360 is running and I can see the icon in the systray. I go through the rigmarole of switching them on again though the Action center, but the flag still shows as a problem.
Secondly, I have to use Internet explorer (32 bit) top access my company's corporate systems. We use F5 Networks for security and as part of the log-on a security scan is run (by F5) to determine which security level a PC has. This scan always turns up only Windows Defender - which is switched off. This is not considered good enough to allow me to access all of the systems at work.
My question - Is there any kind of known issue between Norton 360 and Win7 64 bit which has not been addressed by the update in February? Is there something wrong in the way that Norton 360 tells Windows7 it is running?
And yes, I've tried re-installing Norton already.
Grateful for any help.
Thanks
