Window 7 Action Center keeps on stating firewall & Anti-virus is off, when they're on

Hi, this might have been solved already, as I have seen similar thread, but I just can't find a solution for me, so help would be appreciated.  This just happened to me few days ago, I'm not sure if it's caused by window update or crashing from internet as both happened around similar time Tue 6/14/2016, but what happened afterward never occurred before; basically now, each time I turn on my laptop, the window 7 Action Center will state my Firewall, virus protection and spyware is off, when my Norton Internet Security is clearly on and functioning, try to turn them back on through action center, nothing happen, however, Disable Norton Smart Firewall & Auto-Protect, then Enable again, make the Action Center shows they're On. But each time I restart or shut down, then turn PC on, same case again, action center show them off, disable them then enable them, show on again. So, seems like Norton is working fine, just Action Center doesn't recognize Norton or something, but turn switch off then on, make Action Center recognize, so minor annoyance because I have to do this each time my laptop start, at least everything seems to be working, of course I can just ignore Action Center, but is there a way to fix this so that I don't have to do this disable enable each time, again, this never happened before until few days ago.

Thank you

Re: action center saying Norton is not running after the 22.7.0.75 update

Update:

Customers who have already received the Norton 22.7 update do NOT need to uninstall and reinstall the previous version. Symantec is working on a fix to be released shortly to address the issue where "Windows Action Center incorrectly reports the Norton Security status." This issue does not impact the security of the pc as long as the Norton product reports its features are enabled.

This started when 22.7 was released. It affects windows 7 computers. It doesn't have anything to do with Windows Updates. A temporary workaround is to disable/enable both Norton Firewall and Auto-Protect. It will make the red x on the flag for Windows Center in task bar. The only problem is you have to do it each time you restart or startup you computer..

Thanks.

After some careful looking through some previous thread, I see this is not just my problem, kind of relief, still solution has not been finalized I believe, so permanent solution would be appreciated. Thank you for all your hard work
